  Worst remodel experience we've ever tried to get through. We finally gave up and went with another company. Gotta laugh to think that T. Edwards gave himself such a high rating for his kitchen remodel. Guess Tom Edwards, the scheduler for ERR, was so busy with his own personal job he forgot to schedule for the customer. Terrible, terrible customer service. Unless you want to live without your shower for a month forget this business.
