  This was without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had. I went in to purchase windshield wipers. The parts person asked me the make model and year of my car. Total came to 57.63 for windshields wipers. The guy went out to install them totally did not know what he was doing and after 15 minutes decided he had pulled the "wrong" wipers. Went back inside supposedly to get the right ones and the passengers side hung over the windshield at least an inch and a half. I went inside to get someone to help him and the manager asked me if I was sure of the year if my car stating that "they" do not make mistakes and that I must have forgotten the year of my car. I then demanded a refund. I went up the street to ORiellys and got the windshield wipers for 16.00 and when I mentioned the trouble the manager of ORiellys asked if I had been to Autozone.
  Just so you know I threw my rewards card in the trash and WILL NEVER ENTER AN AUTO ZONE AGAIN. Customer service should be 1st and foremost whether you are a man OR a woman and if I could give this store a -19 rating, it would be a kindness.
